1. We Will only accept the item for a return or exchange if incorrect item is given. We will not accept if the item has already been opened or after 7 days after receiving the item
2. MadOverShop will not be responsible for delays.
3. GEO and EOS lenses is a certified brand and approved by FDA, we will not be responsible for your eyes, so do take care of your lenses and eye!
4. We will not take responsible of normal postage parcels, return address will be wrote behind so don worry much.
5. We will only submit orders if we had reach our capping.
6. Hesitation will not take place for MIA buyers/dead buyers, so please so think carefully before mailing to me your orders
7. No changing of orders/degree after orders has been sent to our supplier.
8. Last minutes buyers after I had submit the forms to supplier will be straight move on to the next Pre-order.
9. Please be PUNCTUAL and please let me know the day before you can't make it. Additional charge maybe applied if i am already there, or preparing to go.
10. Please do double check your transaction number, my bank number and amount of money sent. I will not be responsible if the account being sent is wrong. You have to sent one more time if i had given you the correct account number.
